Last year I worked really hard to start some new habits, get healthier, and drop 10 pounds. You can read about how I did it here.
Unfortunately, due to some physical complications and a little thing I call “the holidays”, most of those ten pounds have creeped back, though I have kept some of those habits I started.
I switched to 100% whole grain bread and pasta.
I drink more water.
I try to exercise at least a few days a week.
Still, I know I join many of you who want to do more to be healthy, make better choices, and maybe even drop some weight as well. So, I put together a printable checklist we can use each week to keep track of our progress.
It includes a checklist for two weeks so you can get more than one week out of each sheet- or you can do what I’m going to do and laminate it! Then I can just erase off my checks after two weeks for a fresh start.
Mine includes the goals I’ve chosen to work on- all things I know help me feel my best.
You can use mine, or you can download a blank one to write in/ type in your own goals. Simply open it in any image editing software and add text in the blank spaces.
